Karl Anthony-Towns said, “I’ll take it from here.”

LeBron James said, “Playing against you meant the world to me.”

Well, from me to you, as you hang up your sneakers, watching you gave me life when I was growing up playing basketball. I always admired the defensive tenacity you brought every night, and the fear you brought in the hearts of your opponents.

Did any of you ever wonder why they called KG “The Big Ticket”? It’s quite the opposite of what you would think. For years fans felt KG was the only thing worth watching at the Target Center, and the reason attendance hit its peak during his tenure. In his first season, with the Minnesota Timberwolves, the team only won 26 games. In the following 8 seasons, they qualified for the playoffs in the West, but got no farther than the Conference Finals in 2004 by a tough game 7 loss. The Wolves haven’t made the playoffs since.

With KG calling it quits, he exits with 15 All-Star Nominations, 12 All Defensive Team Selections, 2 League MVP Awards, 1 Defensive Player of The Year Award, and championship he earned as a key member of the Boston Celtic “Big 3”. The list goes on in what he accomplished in blocks and rebounds, but what I have attached is a video showing you the top 50 plays Garnett accumulated over the course of his unforgettable 22 seasons. Me personally, I like plays 15, 10, 5, and 4. What about you?
