Kyle Lowry scores 27 points as Raptors beat Lakers 102-93

Kyle Lowry had a game high 27 points and Terrence Ross had 22 as the Raptors sprint past the Lakers Monday night.

Ross played well tonight in a starting role, replacing the injured DeMarre Carroll.  The Toronto Raptors snapped a three game losing streak tonight against the Lakers.

kyle lowryKobe Byrant who got a standing ovation in the fourth quarter, shot the ball 8 of 16 for 21 points. Randle who usually starts added 15 off the bench for the Lakers. Scott said he was looking for a little more “energy” and “aggressiveness” from his starters, announcing that he’ll keep Russell and Randle on the bench for the next five to 10 games before re-evaluating the situation. Wednesday night the Lakers will try and improve there poor record of 3-17 when they play Minnesota. The Raptors will try and make it two in a row against the red hot Spurs Wednesday night as well.
