4 Drivers Looking to get back in, This Weekend
- Updated: October 18, 2015

Charlotte was crazy, it ended up raining all day on Saturday, so they moved it to a Sunday afternoon race. Going into the race all of the cars were set up for a night race, so who was going to be good early, and who had to throw everything at it to make it to the front, but most importantly who are the 4 drivers that are outside of the Chase looking in?
The first driver that is on the outside is Ryan Newman. Ryan is just 6 points out of the chase going in to Kansas it is not a must win for him as long as he runs, and finishes inside the Top 10 he should get enough points to advance to the next round.
The second driver is Kyle Busch who is only 10 points outside of the chase. Kyle doesn’t usually run good at Kansas, but last year he did finish in the Top 5, and he didn’t run the spring race this year due to his broken leg. I say if he can manage to stay out of trouble and have a solid finish he should have an easy chance to make it.
The third driver is Dale Jr. after a horrible race at Charlotte all started when Carl got into the back of him and sent him to the wall after trying to repair he went a couple of laps down, and then when it looked like he might get back on the lead lap he hit some oil on the track that sent him back in the wall, He now sits 19 points out and he needs to finish Top 3-5, or win a race to get back in it.
The fourth driver is Matt Kenseth who started Charlotte on pole and lead a lot laps early. But pit strategy sent him to back, and from there got racing and slid up into someone and they both hit the wall. But he wasn’t done he hit the wall another 3 times, and his race ended when he slammed hard causing a DNF, and finished 42nd, he is 32 points out. I believe he will have to win to make it to next round.
Out of these four drivers who do I think might win this weekend, I am going to say Matt Kenseth. He almost has to have a win, and has won at Kansas before so don’t be surprise if you see number 20 sitting in Victory Lane and making it to the next round.
So who do you think out of these four will win? Or will someone else besides these four drivers win? And will these drivers have a better race than at Charlotte? Find out tomorrow as Coverage starts at 1:30pm.
