United set to sign Monaco’s Martial
- Updated: September 2, 2015

Manchester United are set to complete the $36 million transfer of Anthony Martial from Monaco.
The 19 year-old has been given permission to leave the France national team, set up to sign a contract and undergo a medical with United.
The highly-rated forward, who is in line to earn his first cap for his country this week, scored eight goals in Ligue 1 last season.
Martial will become United’s sixth signing this summer, following Matteo Darmian, Memphis Depay, Sergio Romero, Morgan Schneiderlin and Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Meanwhile, Mexico international Javier Hernandez looks set to be leaving Old Trafford for Bayer Leverkusen. The German club are reportedly set to pay $9 million for the striker’s services.
Another United player heading for the Bundesliga is Adnan Januzaj. The Belgium winger is set to join Borussia Dortmund on loan.
