Graham Dorrans have completed their first signing ahead of their return to the Premier League next season.
Scotland international Graham Dorrans will join the Canaries permanently after helping them clinch promotion this season.
The 28 year-old moved on loan from West Brom to Norwich in February and made 18 appearances for fellow Scot Alex Neil’s men.
Dorrans has spent seven years with the Baggies, making 189 appearances, but has signed a two year deal with the Championship Play-Off winners.
